I would love to see some abstraction options in forms. An ability to pre-configure a group of components that I could then include in multiple forms. For example, I have a ticket picker with specifying checkbox options at the start of multiple forms and every time I create a new one, I need to go back-and-forth between tabs to recreate the same thing exactly. And if I wanted to edit it, I would have to again do the same thing across all the forms. It would be nice to have a central location where you could manage often-used constructs in forms.

We need the ability to embed/provide forms publicly. We have a lot of forms that are used by outside vendors and/or new clients that are not yet in AAD. For example, we have a Site Survey form that 1099 field techs complete. Another example, a new client that is in the process of onboarding may not have AAD as part of our onboarding is to migrate them from hosted Exchange/etc. We still need to provide them with forms for: Company Details, Billing Details, Sites/Locations, Employee Listings, Letters of Agency and many more.

Currently, when a Form is submitted, the Value of the field is sent to the workflow. The value is typically an ID used on the backend. IDs are great for machines and are how the default should be, but they are bad for humans to read. There are often cases where I want to provide an email back to the user for their records of the submission but I have to have the Workflow look up friendly names for the IDs first. It would be really helpful if the Form put those Labels in the Context so they could be retrieved using something like: CTX.form_field_labels[field_name]

Would be nice to have the option to either disable autoparsing of CSV files or being able to define the delimiter of the file in the form. Currently I have the issue of a CSV file which had the delimiter ';' but there were also ',' present in the file. being able to change the delimiter in the form would be a good fix for this.

Some of our techs would like to see the shared mailbox permissions handled automatically for users inside of the new user and user termination workflows. For example, Bob has access to Shared Mailbox 'Sales', and new user Jane is being created by copying Bob. The feature would give the option to also copy the copy-as user's delegated permissions. Likewise, when offboarding a user, there would be an option to remove delegate access. Lastly, the option to mirror the delegate access of the offboarded mailbox to the mailbox on the form. The options would be checkboxes "Copy Delegate (Shared Mailbox) Access", "Remove Delegate (Shared Mailbox) Access", and "Mirror Delegated Access to User to" with an option for the new user replacing the offboarded users permissions.

Options gen on forms only allows the return of a string/int/bool (a single value) to a workflow. Add the ability to define a LIST as the returned value. If forms can already return a list from a multi-select dropdown, there's no reason an options gen result shouldn't be able to push this though too.

I have some unsync'd custom copies of forms from unpacked rewst crates. Id love the ability to either hide the original or limit access to forms in general within rewst to prevent my team from accidentally selecting the original form instead of the updated one.

Would be great to have another file upload form field that accepts a variety of files, such as images. This would allow a user to attach a screenshot to a ticket via a support request form.

Fun things can be done with option gens that run in the background of forms, like grabbing the current user's attributes to show custom form data. There currently is no option to have an option gen linked to a form element run when the element is hidden. pls fix and I'll buy you a drink at channelcon next week

Is there a way to have the Rewst login screen to either Go directly to the Entra login OR... Remove any other login options from the Rewst login screen For example, we don't want to give users an option to login using a google account. So perhaps have a toggle switch in the "View Direct URL" next to each URL that if enabled takes a user directly to the Entra ID login screen, and if not enabled, use your default login screen as it is. If that makes any sense 😅
