I know anecdotally that uptake is inconsistent across engineers but some data to have those conversations would be great. Would also allow tracking of adoptions when new crates etc implemented.

I agree. I would love to see reporting that gives me how many forms ran per form user and then be able to drill down into how many of each form. It would definitely help adoption and allow me to have conversations with users who aren't.
