File Upload Form Field to Accept Image Files

Would be great to have another file upload form field that accepts a variety of files, such as images. This would allow a user to attach a screenshot to a ticket via a support request form.

Can you expand the supported file types for the rewst forms? Right now, it's only UTF-8 and I have a few use cases to upload PDF's which are not supported. Zapier handles this using something called Hydration/Hydrate where you can upload just about anything (seemingly) and pass it along to any other webhook. This would be useful. Just being able to attach relevant files to tickets. Emails/images/pdfs etc. Nothing too large.
