Add a "debug mode" toggle on the Workflow page that disables some of the UI pop-ups that can be a hinderance for quick-fire editing/testing.

One customer specific use case example would include toggling it to prevent the Version Control pop-up from requiring input after every save, only appearing when the toggle is "off" the debug mode.
