Issue:

When tagging organizations in a trigger the text states "Activated for organizations with the following tags". It is not clear whether this means ALL of the tags or ANY of the tags.

Creating a test trigger shows it is ANY of the tags.

Proposed Solution:

Change text to "Activated for organizations with any of the following tags"
