Would be nice to have a central location to view failures for all sub organization so workflows can be monitored for failures without having to search through each one.

Go to the results page at your MSP level. Add "?status=failed" to the end of the URL. I suspect based on some redesign work we've seen teased by Rewst, the status column will be filterable at some point in 2025.

This now only shows the selected company at the top left and does not include sub orgs (There was an option for this before the redesign).
You can for a single workflow but not for ALL workflows at once.

Lava Puma some grouping capabilities would be sweet as well, just adding on. Grouping execution results by org or even workflow would add a ton of agility to general error monitoring.
