I have a lot of workflows that run many times a day, sometimes many times an hours, to collect data, process jobs, etc. These tend to be simple, small and don't get updated often, so I don't need to see them on the Results page unless I'm specifically working on them. Unfortunately, the large number of results make the Executions page very hard to search, as well as causing it to grind to a halt when doing searches or filtering. It would be nice to be able to apply a "System" flag (similar to the System org variables) to hide them from the Executions page by default so they're not cluttering up the results. This would require the addition of a toggle to the Executions page to view them again, but I'm hoping that's not a huge lift.
