I would like to be able to use {{ time_saved }} or something similar and put that information in a ticket, or sent via an email.
My use case is this.
I would like each developer on the team to be able to track their time saved when building workflows. If I could send this to ConnectWise as a time entry with a work role of Automation, then I could show our customers how much time our automation is saving them, how much time each team member has saved, and potentially which types of workflows save the most time.
If I could get the time saved into Connectwise, I could then use it for a BrightGauge dashboard.
