When an MSP acquires another MSP, both sides frequently run the same tool (same PSA, same RMM, same network controller) in two separate instances, and the consolidation work is manual every time. Cross-vendor migration tooling is understandably off the table, but same-platform consolidation is a different case: the destination vendor benefits from the customer staying, and the MSP is not being asked to re-evaluate their stack mid-acquisition. Request is for crate or workflow support that moves records between two instances of the same platform, so acquisition consolidation becomes a repeatable operation instead of a bespoke build each time.
