Asked it to tell me which workflow was kicked off by a specific form.( M365: Reset MS MFA) It hummed and hawwed a lot and then speculated that it was either the connectwise pod form or the microsoft onboarding form. (It wasn't). The logic it gave during the calculations of looking through workflow triggers to find the form id was correct, but it completely failed to get the correct form.

An additional hint would be to see if the form name matches any workflows and start looking at those workflows first.
