Rewst Create Organization action - defaults to 21 days retention policy

Please include an option to set the retention policy manually. We would like to create our Orgs with the max 30 days retention policy

It feels like this number has dropped from the default of 30 to now being 21? Not good if we have documented retention only to find it no longer meets this setting.
