Add a two-mode interaction system to Robo Rewsty. Mode 1 is a Planning Mode for iterating on ideas with the AI. In this mode, you can chat back and forth without Robo Rewsty making any changes to your workflow. Mode 2 is a Doing Mode that executes the agreed-upon plan.

This way a user can chat with the AI to explore and refine what they want to build, and only when they're satisfied with the plan do they trigger the AI to make the actual changes. This significantly reduces unwanted edits and wasted iterations.
