Can we have this workflow run a verification process before it removes the license's
Example: like lets say its 2 weeks from now but we use a license prior to that date is it looking to see assigned licenses and making sure it doesn't remove 2 and only removes 1 ?

This is also easy enough to build out. You can check for subscriptions and their counts in M365. Inside of Pax8 - the vendor SKU aligns with the subscription so you can do a comparison and delta if needed by updating the needed subscription(s).

Or when the link is clicked rerun the scan of license's and then process the changes even if nothing has been changed on the quantity of used licenses
