Currently, you are only able to add one jinja condition to form elements. Would like the ability to have multiple jinja conditions so you can do things like require a field and show it based on a jinja evaluation.

Current Implementation

Add element to form.

Add jinja condition to element.

Repeat step 2.

Still only have 1 jinja condition.

Suggested Implementation

Add element to form.

Add jinja condition to element.

Repeat step 2.

Now have multiple jinja conditions applied to the form element.
