Update the action to include Office Location and Employee ID. Essentially as long as it matches "Create User". Should be fine.

When updating user details, if one does not populate the users current usageLocation, 'US' is entered in by Rewst.
I work around this by running a Graph Get User first and using that information for the Graph update user action.

Would like "companyName" and "businessPhones" field to be added as well.
Also in relation to ticket ROC#: 0000579 do not send passwordProfile, enabled fields if they have not been modified in the action.
Seems the forbidden errors are related to passwordProfile.
