Manipulate org tags within workflow

With the ability to add or remove tags from organizations via workflow action, we could grant some degree of autonomy to other departments in our organizations.
For example:
I design a workflow that, for all orgs under a specific tag, performs billing reconciliation across several platforms.
I give the "enrollment" form to Billing.
Client upgrades their package.
Billing uses the form to enroll Client into the standardized billing reconciliation that the other package-purchasers have been opted into.
Now Client is included in the next workflow run, with minimal intervention of any engineers.

The Rewst - Create Org, Update Org, and Bulk Update Org actions all have Tag parameters now where you can associate a tag. The List and Get Org action will also return an array of tags.

I'd like to be able to see if a organization has a tag applied. Tags are proving handy to be able to activate/deactivate a CRON schedule, or enable forms and other triggers easily.
Being able to use a tag inside a transition within a workflow would unlock additional abilities to route your flow when a workstation variable isn't necessarily the best path.

Would be useful for standardizing form availability to new organizations and adding some quality control to onboarding/compliance processes, since triggers can target tags, but tags cannot discovered from the workflow context

I have a billing flow thats waiting for this exact use case. Triggering CRON off of tags is so easy, but the enrollment form is missing one component, adding the damn tag.
