Currently, if you have orgs with sub-orgs under them, when you view org variables at the top-level org, you only see variables from that org and its children (1 layer down), but any su-orgs don't show

This is both in the GUI and in the List Organization Variables action in workflows

It would be very helpful to list all org variables for all orgs and all their sub-orgs at once
