Looking at adding some alerting around the Rewst platform for our internal tracking. Would be nice to have an endpoint to check for service health and status that we could bring into a service like statuspage.io for tracking and monitoring.

I just created a workflow to monitor execution. This is monitored by Cloudflare and adjusts my StatusPage.io dashboard, and alerts through xMatters.
