Would need to make a form to be a bit like an Excel Document, where there are columns, and the submitter can trigger to create new line items. These Items could be than pulled out in a loop in a workflow

eg. First Name, Last Name, Email, Cell Phone Number

That would be usefull, at first, in a case where we need to onboard a new company, and to document / create all the required steps and Contacts or more.
