The Form component's "Redirect on Submit" fires only after the workflow finishes. For approval-gated workflows (which could take up to 24 hours - even longer if submitted at end of week), this completely breaks UX. We need an option to redirect as soon as the form POST is acknowledged, decoupled from workflow completion.

I see at least 1 open request for exactly this (and several similar) that has been unattended to for nearly a year and a half. Please make this a priority. It really provides a terrible UX for our users submitting forms tied to complex or time-gated workflows.
