As an MSP - I believe most would find it useful if we could exclude/include tags in the Execution History view.

This will allow us to navigate faster in what execution history is present, in case an error were to happen so it can be reviewed, in the same sense - if an MSP/Org has a reporting flow that happens quite frequently, they can be excluded from the Execution history view via the filtering tag in order to take out the 'noise' that those types of workflows would produce.

This functionality is already present in the workflows view, so it'd be implementing something similar in the Workflow Executions (Results) page.
