Bulk Organization Tag Update

Would like to add the bulk tag update option for organizations. Just like the bulk tag update option present in workflows.

Yes! I'd take the request even further and say we should be able to Bulk update tags anywhere tags are available. Like Forms too.
I just went through the painful processing of tagging all of our forms last week and it took way longer than I should have because there was no bulk update.
