Allow Completion Handlers To Obtain Failure Data From Parent Workflow
When a workflow fails and that triggers a listener, being able to pull that failure reason into the listener could be useful.

Fuchsia Swift use {{ COMPLETED_WORKFLOW.CTX.user }} in the listener.
AFAIK you cant verify those short of the workflow running as it will not render in the jinja renderer, but it does work!
