On the form edit screen (Perhaps in an added form settings cog), add the ability to redirect to a specified URL and/or Rewst template after the form is submitted, also have the ability to select our own time delay, selecting from "Immediate" to how ever many seconds after the form is submitted. (If this is configured, it should not wait for the workflow to finish its run before redirecting)
