User offboarding v2 doesn't list groups on the ticket

The list of groups that the offboarded user was part of is no longer being listed on the ticket as it was in v1. This is an important feature which is a standard process for our user offboardings.

The crate has been updated to reflect the groups that the user was removed from in a final ticket note.
Let us know if there is a different way that the information should be displayed or if the functionality falls short for any reason!

Agree I was told about this when I move across and didn't realize the groups were not in the ticket. Its important because we like to know what groups/permissions etc were removed from a end user because if they were terminated by accident or need to be reinstated if they come back.
I am currently back to using v1 because of this reason.
