currently the description aspect in ITGlue flexible asset is blank when forms are pushed through. It would be helpful to clarify when to use certain forms, for example many Rewst clients have variations of onboarding or off-boarding forms depending on certain workflow listeners or data that needs to be collected and being able to edit the already visible field in the ITGlue flexible asset, though currently empty, "Description" header would be beneficial.

Additional note: the ability to edit the names of the forms rather than including the [Rewst v2] nomenclature would be an added benefit.
