The generate_link_note task in both the onboarding and offboarding link crates uses Markdown formatting for Autotask PSA ticket notes. Autotask does not render Markdown in ticket notes — bare URLs are the correct format as Autotask auto-hyperlinks them natively.

Current Behavior The else branch in generate_link_note outputs Markdown:

To initiate a new User Onboarding for this request, please use this form.

To initiate a new User Offboarding for this request, please use this form.

This renders as raw text with visible [, ], (, ) characters in the Autotask ticket note.

Expected Behavior The note should use a plain text bare URL:

To initiate a new User Onboarding for this request, please use this form: https://...

To initiate a new User Offboarding for this request, please use this form: https://...

Autotask automatically hyperlinks bare URLs in ticket notes, producing a clickable link without any markup.

Workaround Confirmed working — plain text bare URLs are auto-hyperlinked by Autotask, producing a functional clickable link.
