Much like the onboarding crate can purchase new 365 licenses from Pax8, the Offboarding crate should be able to deallocate licenses from Pax8. Currently you have to run the "Pax8 Extra License Removal", wait for it to complete, hit the remediation button, then wait for that to complete. This should be one fluid workflow just like onboarding.
