Offboard User Prefix OneDrive Folder Name with mailNickname_Offboard_Transfer

In Microsoft 365 Offboarding crate, there is a LOVELEY option to assign the offboarded user's OneDrive. When selected, an email with the shared folder Offboarding_Transfer goes to the person with access granted to the offboarded's OneDrive. This can get confusing for managers who have access to multiple disabled user's OneDrive folders. Using mailNickname prefix will differentiate user folders and change the subject in the email with clients' familiar naming convention. For Example, the manager of John Doe, JDoe@contoso.com, will have JDoe_Offboard_Transfer folder was shared with you.

I created something similar to this that formats the folder as "Offboarded Employee - <Employee Name>".
The Employee Name is deriven from the DisplayName in Microsoft if the user's First and Last Name is not both filled in.
I definitely stand behind adjustment of the change, but I had to implement something before this was actually released so I had no reason to convert back to using the crate logic.
