A rather high number of our customers have different log in names to email addresses so our success rate at matching contact on this crate is a little low.

We do however capture the username format in the onboarding "Add new Client to Rewst crate so it would be nice if that could be used in the crate to identify the probable user name from the First name Last name of the contact.
