End user notification for Alert when Users' Mailboxes are Reaching Quota

Once a ticket is created is it possible to add the user to an exclusion list for say, a week, so it doesn't create a new ticket for every time it runs the workflow, or perhaps save the ticket id and update the ticket instead of creating a new ticket?

Hira Arif there is an org var you can set which will prevent it from creating new tickets.
org var mail_quota_ticket_matching_enabled ans set it to true
You can add it on the main org and enable "use as default"
