Issue: Tickets are created with vague information causing noise and questions. mostly i just close these as we get a failed to create flexible asset in ITG which usually means the flexible asset already exist.

Needs: either include more details in the error messages that are sent in the details to the ticket or remove the ticket creation all together as these workflows are not crititcal to monitor. I unsynced and had RR remove the create ticket action.
