the "REWSTER Report Period" field could be more aptly named the "REWSTER Report LABEL" as, according to ROC, this setting doesnt effect the data being pulled and ONLY Effects the label on the report
Start date and time & End date and time on the form are a bit ambiguious -> renaming to indicate that its the start/end of the DATASET not the workflow running might clarify its purpose
