Currently the "Billing Count Report" and "ConnectWise PSA Agreement Mapping" Crates use the count of Licensed users as the O365 License quantity. This is OK if you are able to remove licenses from MS Subscriptions when a user is offboarded but if your Subscription is NCE then you are NOT able to reduce the number of licenses until the 12 month commitment is up with Microsoft. So, when REWST updates the PSA Agreement to be less than what MS are charging the MSP - the MSP is basically paying for the extra license for the client - even if the client is under contract and know that they have to pay for the full number of licenses.
