When the New Employee Onboarding crate generates a username and it's already in use, there's currently no way to auto-append an incrementing digit (e.g., jsmith2, jsmith3) as a fallback. This has to be handled manually per new hire today. Requesting the option to auto-suggest an incremented suffix on collision instead of requiring a manual free-form entry.
