Rewst crates that include ticket creation or update steps are currently built around supported PSAs. Partners using Jira Service Management as their PSA cannot leverage those crate components without cloning the crate and rebuilding the ticket action from scratch. This also means they lose sync benefits on that crate going forward. Adding JSM as a supported option in ticket-related crate sub-workflows would remove that blocker and allow JSM partners to use crates as-intended.
