Add Jira Service Management (JSM) support to the AI Internal Ticket Analysis Crate

The crate that analyzes PSA ticket history and suggests automation opportunities does not currently support Jira Service Management (JSM) as a data source. Users on JSM are unable to take advantage of this feature. Adding JSM as a supported input alongside existing PSA integrations would extend the crate's value to a broader set of users.
