Like the user onboarding crates workflow, it would be very useful if the user offboarding workflow had input variables for all variables passed in by the form so that we can use it as a sub-workflow in a wrapper and pass in all the information.

The idea behind it is so that we can create a simpler offboarding form to share with clients and have the rest of the variables fill on the input variables on the sub-workflow or based on org vars
