Adding additional information because I was a previous Cisco Umbrella user.
Features that I would've found useful as a previous user:
- As Mandy mentioned, the ability to manipulate destination lists would be useful. (https://developer.cisco.com/docs/cloud-security/#!add-destinations-to-destination-list)
- Being able to manage users and roles (https://developer.cisco.com/docs/cloud-security/#!users-and-roles)
During my time as a user we didn't use investigate, however there is a bunch of useful things that can be gathered from that API as well: https://developer.cisco.com/docs/cloud-security/#!investigate-api-getting-started
