Autotask has support for sync with Entra ID/Azure AD, is there something additional you're looking for from this integration?

Representative Bobcat- 1 to many sync. We have a large customer spread out over multiple states. In Autotask there is a parent and multiple regional accounts. The regional accounts may contain several states, with dozens of locations. The contacts need to get broken out of the single tenant into the sub accounts in Autotask in order for tickets to get automatically routed to the correct locations. Native Autotask sync doesn't allow for filtering based on state as a method of contact sync from Entra.
