We would like to be able to manage users within KnowBe4 for those clients who do not have an on premise Active Directory. The ability to add/archive users, check license counts, etc. would be helpful

These are great points. We would also like to use it to identify client scores, users that need additional training, and gauge how well we are using KnowBe4 to protect our clients.

Note, this is actually a capability that can be accomplished through SCIM provisioning. https://support.knowbe4.com/hc/en-us/articles/360053851814

We're finding this to be more of a necessity at this point. We have a client with hundreds of users that we just moved off of their on-prem AD and we're trying to reconfigure their KnowBe4 account to sync users with Azure AD. There aren't many options.

Well unless there's hidden API endpoints or different documentation somewhere, the KnowBe4 API doesn't allow you to create or delete users. I was going to look into doing this with generic actions.

Max Kaplan | Machado: Yes, I even tried to reach out to KnowBe4 to request they add these endpoints and got crickets.
