would love to get a Thread integration going.

I have had a miserable time trying to integrate with Teams from graph, at no fault of Rewst. but that is what Thread is all about. we could leverage their platform for client communication, there is an app deployable via CSP that gives users visibility into their tickets, as well as enables communication with technicians natively in teams.

Their inbox application used to interface with CWM is next level, would be awesome to get an iframe in there to run WF's and such!
