I hope you all are doing well! Quick question, what types of use cases / automations would you be interested in building if we had a Hatz AI integration?

Jania Henderson We would like to try and utilize similar to Thread or even the OpenAI crates. Ticket sentiment, ticket response suggest, ticket triage, etc. In addition, to my knowledge OpenAI is the only AI integration currently in Rewst. Would be good to have others, especially one like Hatz which is in the MSP Channel.

Jania Henderson We've already built our own custom Hatz integration. What we use it for is we built apps (like agents) in Hatz that are enriched with data and then prompted to provide a certain function. We then offload data to these apps from Rewst and have it process it. One of our major ones right now is it reads the ticket and determines if it is in the scope of the client's contract for us to work on this, since we have a client that sends a bunch of out of scope work to us. We then tag tickets effectively, update SLA's etc.
