Please add TeamsUserConfiguration.Read.All Graph API permission to the MS Cloud Connector so that we can get assigned phone numbers via Graph API and not have to rely on Powershell cmdlets.

You can add permissions to the Rewst MS Cloud Connector application using the Graph API for a specific client. Just FYI
