Jania Henderson It's not necessarily about automations, it's more about the reporting flexibility that Brightgauge brings to the table. A lot of MSPs (Our's Included), have staff who are well trained on Brightgauge reporting and Rewst really doesn't have good reporting metrics.
A lot of this could be solved with a simple SQL connector, and then bringing into BrightGauge via SQL. But currently, no official methods exists for data/workflow logging outside of Rewst.

Jania Henderson Not sure this is the best way to go about this but I would be interested in using Rewst as a bridge to other applications unsupported by BrightGauge, but also being able to show management the value of Rewst with time savings, success and failure metrix and usage details such as technicians who are most actively using forms and workflows. Our leadership team is familiar with BG and uses it often for reporting on ticketing and csat.
