We use an org policy, and one policy for each type of application for iPads. It makes it easy to configure the applications as we just assign the policies.

Same. Parent policy for MSP, then customers have their own child policy under the parent.

Same, a parent level policy and then sub policies for each client.

Does everyone use policies for their organizations in Addigy rather than organizations/child accounts?
E

Danial Gagne I can't speak for everyone else but that's how we structure it, with policies.
A
Aquamarine Gorilla
Danial Gagne We structure our policies like Org/Child.
Red Rhino top level (Top level policy)
Client #1 (Org Policy)
-> Site #1 (Site #1 Policy, if required.)
-> Site #2
Client #2
-> Site #A
-> Site #B

Danial Gagne I agree with the others, but we also have some Addigy Flex policies that capture different systems across clients

Danial Gagne We have a parent policy called MSP and under that policy we have the policies for each of our clients. Some of those client policies also have policies for things like blocking macOS upgrades or pushing very specific sets of software to a group within an organization. We also have a policy for our organization that is a parent policy outside of MSP.
Structure:
Us
Default
MSP
-> Client 1
-> -> Block Ventura
-> Client 2
-> Client 3
-> -> Install Teramind
We also have a set of policies that we use that are client agnostic. They are tied to macOS version so that we can do things for specific versions of macOS across all clients.
