Automated Ticketing for Device Outages:

When a Ubiquiti device goes offline or encounters issues, automatically open a ticket in Autotask and Halo, matching the ticket to the correct client site and including relevant device details.

Auto-Resolution and Status Updates:

Once the device is back online or the issue is resolved, have the ticket automatically closed or its status updated in Autotask and Halo.

We're on Autotask but this would be amazing. Specifically if we could schedule ticket creation after X mins / hours of an alert as Unifi console does not have this option.

We've got a ton of clients on Unifi, this would be awesome!

Just to confirm, I’m not sure if this has been mentioned yet, but with many UniFi integrations, there’s currently a limitation where billing cannot be separated if a client has multiple sites under distinct agreements. For my needs, it’s important to have this capability, as clients with multiple locations often require unique tax codes applied per city.
