Workflow to allow MSP techs to administratively access client infrastructure servers on a temporary basis.
Form Inputs:
  • Client Chooser
  • Server(s)
  • Time period (# of minutes/hours with a maximum choice)
Workflow will either un-disable (or create) an account for the msp technician, set a new random password, and re-disable the account after the period has expired.
WF will detect the user filling out the form to know who to create the account for.
Will create or update an existing ticket that it has been utilized.
