It would be good to be able to provide an App Builder page or Form with access to all users with configured domains. Yes we can create users based on say membership of a group, but at least with Entra this runs into issues when the group has over 1k members.

For example we would like to replace the Microsoft our existing use of Microsoft forms with something that actually works.

If it created their account automatically with a configured role even that would be just as good.
