It would be nice to have a workflow action to "create member" (a "Regular" licensed member that can use ConnectWise). This is a standard task in new user onboarding for any MSP that uses ConnectWise Manage. Also having a "Deactivate Member" would be a complimentary addition.

With the ability to add or remove tags from organizations via workflow action, we could grant some degree of autonomy to other departments in our organizations. For example: I design a workflow that, for all orgs under a specific tag, performs billing reconciliation across several platforms. I give the "enrollment" form to Billing. Client upgrades their package. Billing uses the form to enroll Client into the standardized billing reconciliation that the other package-purchasers have been opted into. Now Client is included in the next workflow run, with minimal intervention of any engineers.

Can we add a command to update an existing company in the Manage integration? It would be nearly identical to the Create Company Command but use patch instead of post and include a company id in the url

Sometimes I have a set of Jinja I need to run on its own to filter or re-organize results. Currently handling this in a transition by creating a data alias but might be a bit cleaner to have a task specifically to execute Jinja. For example, we receive a list of contacts from CWM that has "firstName" and "lastName" objects separate and we need to concatenate them together. Having a workflow action for "Run Jinja" to take those two lists and concatenate them together as its own task would be useful

Some vendor APIs only return XML instead of JSON. We need a way to parse XML/convert it to JSON natively in the Rewst platform. I'm leveraging PS delivered via CWA commands to do this currently as a workaround, but it's less than ideal.

I made a form that has an optional checkbox and I was wondering if there could be a generic "If Variable Equals X" task added. I got away with a noop task that checks if a variable is true/false by having 2 custom transitions as {{CTX.variable}} and {{ not CTX.variable}} but it would be nice to have a dedicated task for this.

Would like a generic API action specific to Proofpoint to ensure that we are able to utilize the integration authentication to complete actions that aren't already pre-built like updating sender lists, reporting, etc.

The existing actions such as "Get Service Ticket", "Update Service Ticket", etc. are only targeting the /service/tickets endpoint. It would be helpful to duplicate all of those actions but allow them to hit the /project/tickets endpoint to allow easy project ticket actions without making my own API calls.

When we set up the Forward Mail, some of our clients would like us to still keep a copy of of the mail in the share mailbox in addition to forwarding it. In office365 this is just a checkbox but in the User Offboarding workflow there isn't any option for this
